Terms and Conditions.

1. Climate Change Video Promotion

By participating in and submitting your video to the GlobalConscience.World Climate Change Video Promotion, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the terms and conditions of the Climate Change Video Promotion. You also accept and agree to comply with and abide by the Climate Change Video Promotion terms and conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Participants understand their video submission may be uploaded to the GlobalConscience.World’s website to be featured on GlobalConscience.World streaming channel, which can be viewed anytime at https://globalconscience.world/watch/.

The Climate Change Video Promotion is Sponsored by The Rainbow Movement, a 501c3 organization committed to changing the world. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, selection, and processing of all entries and the overall administration of the video promotion. Participants are encouraged to contact the Sponsor of this video promotion with any questions, concerns, or problems related to the video promotion. Sponsor may be contacted by email at bill@rainbowredemption.com during the participant entry period.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents worldwide who are 18 years of age or older. If participant is under 18 years of age, the signature of a parent or guardian is required and should be emailed to bill@rainbowredemption.com.

How to enter: For considerations, participants understand and agree to submit their video to https://filmfreeway.com/GCWNews during the video submission period. Participants understand it is their responsibility to ensure that the video submission (s) are complete and playable. GlobalConscience.World and its Sponsor are not responsible for faulty file uploads accompanying submissions.

Participant understands GlobalConscience.World is not obligated to accept late or incomplete submissions. Participant further understands GlobalConscience.World will not accept any inappropriate, unlawful, scandalous, immoral, misappropriate, pornographic, profane, or defamatory submissions.

Participants understand they will be required to pay the $10.00 third-party processing fee at the time of their video submission.

Participants understand GlobalConscience.World reserves the right to extend the submission deadline and increase or decrease the processing fees for special promotions and/or submission deadlines. Any increases or decreases in fees are not retroactive to existing submissions.

Participants who are unable to pay the required processing fee due to financial hardship may contact bill@rainbowredemption.com for a fee waiver. Any participant who receives a fee waiver understands GlobalConscience.World cannot guarantee submissions will be uploaded and featured on GlobalConscience.World’s streaming channel due to the associated third-party processing fee.

Participants understand and agree they will not receive and will not be entitled to receive compensation of any kind for submitting their video submission or any rights granted as a participant of the Climate Change Video Promotion.

Music Video Selection: Participants understand video submissions will be selected by the Climate Change Video Promotion Committee throughout the video submission period. For video submissions to become eligible to be selected to be uploaded on the GlobalConscience.World website and featured on the GlobalConscience.World streaming channel, the video submission must be original content highlighting the negative effects of climate change that has occurred in your area and/or you showcasing your unique solution to help resolve the global warming problems that are happening in your area. Participants understand that the GlobalConscience.World website link must be included in the video. The link to the link options that participants must include in their video submission can be found at http://filmfreeway.com/globalconscience.

Participants whose video submission have been selected to be featured on the GlobalConscience.World website and on the website’s streaming channel will be notified within 72 hours of the video submission selection date, but participants understand GlobalConscience.World or its Sponsor will not be liable for any unforeseen delays in sending the selection notification. Participants understand GlobalConscience.World will not have any liability for the Participant’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Participants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise nonfunctioning contact information.

Music Video Selection Consideration: All participants whose video submission has been selected to be included on the streaming channel and uploaded to GlobalConscience.World’s website, will have the right to use the video promotion’s “Official Selection” laurel to advertise or promote that their video submission has been selected by the Climate Change Video Promotion Committee. The “Official Selection” laurels can be downloaded at https://filmfreeway.com/laurels/57650/GlobalConscience.

Participants whose video submission has been selected will also receive one (1) complementary 12-month membership to iPitch.TV, which allows participants the opportunity to pitch their ideas for original films, TV, Web/New Media projects, documentaries, and more to entertainment industry buyers.

Participants understand and agree that the complimentary 12-month membership does not guarantee or assure any pitch of ideas for original films, TV, Web/New Media projects, documentaries submitted on iPitch.TV will be accepted or purchased by any entertainment industry buyer available on the iPitch.TV platform. Participants further understand and agree that the provided complementary 12-month membership to iPitch.TV is not an express or implied guarantee or promise of any successful outcome in pitching their ideas for original films, TV, Web/New Media projects, documentaries and more to any entertainment industry buyer available on the iPitch.TV platform.

Copyright: Participant represents and warrants the video submission is original and does not infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright or any other right of any person or party, including but not limited to trademarks, rights of publicity, and right to privacy, nor will the submission of the material result in a violation or breach of and will not conflict with or constitute as a default under any agreement, contract, commitment, or obligation to any other party.

Participant further represents and warrants to be the sole owner, author, creator of the video submission and of all rights in and to the video submission, or has been duly authorized by the author, creator and owner of the video submission and has the full power and authority to submit the video for the video promotion on the terms and conditions set forth, each and all of which shall be binding on the participant and on the author/owner/creator if not the participant.

Participant understands that GlobalConscience.World may have access to or may select video submissions that may be similar or identical to a video submission a participant has submitted. Participant further understands GlobalConscience.World will not have any liability or owe any compensation of any kind for using or selecting video submission(s) that are similar or identical to any participant’s video submission.

Rights Granted by Participant: Participant understands and agrees that GlobalConscience.World and its Sponsor, The Rainbow Movement, shall have an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to print, alter, publish, broadcast, display, reproduce, distribute and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your video submission, name, likeness, voice, image, appearance in current and future streaming channels, social media accounts, publications, advertising, marketing, and any promotional purposes in connection with GlobalConscience.World and The Rainbow Movement.

Privacy: Participants understand any personal information provided will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor, The Rainbow Movement, which is available for your review at: https://rainbowmovement.world/privacy-policy/. Participants also understand their participation grants the Sponsor permission to share the participant’s name, email address, and any other personally identifiable information with other parties and affiliates associated with GlobalConscience.World and the Climate Change Video Promotion for purposes of administration and fulfillment of consideration for video selections, including the public display of video submissions who have been selected to be featured on the streaming channel and uploaded to GlobalConscience.World’s website.

Participants also understand the video submission and submission processing fee will be uploaded and processed through a third-party website. Participants understand and agree they have reviewed Film Freeway’s terms of use and privacy policy as it relates to their video submission and video submission processing fee. Participants acknowledge that the participant’s complete privacy data and financial information transmitted while using the third-party website cannot be guaranteed and GlobalConscience.World and its Sponsor, The Rainbow Movement, will not be liable for any harm caused by or related to the breach of a participant’s financial information, personal information, or privacy data.

Limitation of Liability: Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold GlobalConscience.World, The Rainbow Movement, and the Climate Change Video Promotion Committee harmless for liability, damages, or claims for negligence, injury or loss to any person or property relating to, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, resulting from (1) a participant’s participation in the video submission process and GlobalConscience.World’s streaming channel, (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software, or other mechanical equipment, (3) any incorrect or inaccurate participant information, (4) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, wireless, or internet service, or website (5) electronic or human error in the administration of the video submission period or processing of the video submissions.

Disputes: This Climate Change Video submission is governed by the State of Florida. As a condition of a participant’s participation, participant agrees that if a dispute or any claim or controversy that cannot be resolved between the participant and GlobalConscience.World and its Sponsor, The Rainbow Movement, and is arising out of or relating to the participant’s participation in the video submission shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Participants also agree that if a dispute or any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the participant’s participation in the music video submission shall be settled through a binding confidential arbitration conducted by an arbitrator in Fort Myers, Florida.

By participating in and submitting your music video to the GlobalConscience.World Music Video Promotion, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the terms and conditions of the Music Video Promotion. You also accept and agree to comply with and abide by the Music Video Promotion terms and conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Participants understand their music video submission may be uploaded to the GlobalConscience.World’s website to be featured on GlobalConscience.World streaming channel, which can be viewed anytime at https://globalconscience.world/watch/.

The Music Video Promotion is Sponsored by The Rainbow Movement, a 501c3 organization committed to changing the world. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, selection, and processing of all entries and the overall administration of the music video promotion. 3. Ambassadors

You also understand we take no responsibility for your actions. You are responsible for your own actions and you accept full responsibility and liability for your actions. We also take no responsibility for your connections with other ambassadors listed on our website. We encourage you to do your own due diligence when connecting with other climate change ambassadors within your local community and throughout the world.”
